Scott Peterson
Scott Peterson is a veteran product designer with 30 + years of product and packaging design experience which he brings to IDA as principal of the Portland office. He has a wealth of industry innovation knowledge, and has helped many start-up companies launch new products. He holds five total U.S. patents and has won “Product of the Year” and “Innovation of the Year” for his work at Tektronix, Inc
Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Design from the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut. He has taught classes at University of Washington and Western Washington University. In addition, he has been Chairman of the IDSA – Portland Chapter for five years.
